Colin Cox Leadership provides executive coaching, leadership training, team facilitation, and speaking services. Specific terms for individual engagements will be outlined in separate service agreements.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and training materials, is the property of Colin Cox Leadership and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching conversations. Details shared during coaching sessions remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law or you provide explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided for professional development purposes. While we strive to provide valuable insights and guidance, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Colin Cox Leadership is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Cancellation Policy
Specific cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, we request 48 hours notice for individual session cancellations and 2 weeks notice for workshop or training cancellations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
